Steven is the “S” in MRS and a second-generation family member in the company. With over 33 years of industry experience, Steven’s dedication and contributions to MRS’s success are unmatched.
Ira has been in the wholesale bakery business for the better part of 45 years and a Partner at MRS for the past 25. Ira joined MRS to help expand the business into new territory, and he ensured we did just that. From daily operations to long-term strategic partnership opportunities, Ira is an integral part of our operation in every area possible.
Robert
Robert has been with MRS for over 30 years, beginning his journey by owning a single route, which quickly expanded into multiple routes. He transitioned into sales, steadily rising from salesman to sales manager, and ultimately becoming a partner. Today, he leads the sales department and plays a key role in managing the company.
Frankie
Frankie has been a partner at MRS for more than 30 years. He ensures efficiency and high-speed performance across all of MRS’s internal databases, playing a vital role in making daily deliveries possible.
Next Generation/Future Ownership
MRS has built our business and customer retention with the help of our strong ownership team. Our future ownership/next generation of leaders will ensure the same quality and reliability for the next 40+ years.
Adam
Adam joined MRS in 2008 and has since become a key player in expanding our product offerings. He’s committed to delivering the best products across the industry and supports customers however he can.
Sam is a third-generation family member of MRS. Working in our sales department, he’s committed to exceeding customer expectations and is available 24/7 for support.
Samantha
Samantha is one of the newest members of the MRS family, but she grew up watching her father, Robert, build the business. Now part of the customer service team, she’s known for her friendly voice and helpful nature.
Juan
Juan became an MRS partner in 2025. Since the early 2000s, he has led our warehouse logistics and daily operations. Juan’s impact is felt across all divisions of the company.
Joey
Joey brings over 20 years of industry experience and joined MRS through one of our subsidiaries. He became a partner in 2025 and works daily to grow our portfolio of companies.
Sales
Brandon
Brandon has been part of MRS’s sales department for 28 years. He’s known for his dedication to customer success, sharp attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile.
Greg, a former chef, brings deep knowledge of the food and beverage industry. Since joining MRS in 1999, Greg has been instrumental in both our growth and customer retention.
AR/AP
Helaine
Helaine has overseen MRS’s AR/AP operations for nearly 25 years. She helped build our credit department and ACH system, and her industry expertise is evident every day.
Mindy
Mindy is an important member of our AR/AP department and can assist with any payment-related questions or information. Mindy is known for her friendliness and helpful attitude and is always willing to go the extra mile to help our customers however she can.

Bianca
Bianca plays a key role in IT, making sure orders are processed efficiently and delivered to our bakeries in a timely manner.
Ilona has led our order-taking and customer support team for nearly 30 years. If you’ve ordered from MRS, chances are you’ve spoken with her. Her product knowledge is second to none and dedication to our customers’ satisfaction is unmatched.
